The Abandoned A Section (also known as the A' Section) is a dilapidated version of the A Section. Rooms in this section appear dirty, in disrepair, and are starting to decay with what seems to be age. Note that this is not a standalone section, for it is simply a continuation of said section.
The entrance to this section appears to be a room in the shape of an upside-down "T". It heavily resembles the lobby (A-0), with the gate it features being replaced with a small sideways hall filled with lockers. The entrance to this section is guaranteed to spawn at A-100. The music the radio plays in this room is also slightly different than said room, having a more distorted effect to it. This room also features a machine that is able to dispense a Gummy Flashlight for the player, assuming they have 10 batteries equipped.
Players roaming the Abandoned A Section may hear more frequent sounds in the background (i.e. doors opening, an unknown monster groaning, and occasional fakeouts from other entities).
Every 100 rooms, the player will be met with a break room, these rooms are lit up and have a radio playing in them, they have many lockers and a safe spot from A-60. Keep in mind that the break room in A-100 is different than the main break rooms, also keep in mind sense A-200 is introduced at Door A-200, there will be no break room there. Yet the main break room will appear from A-300 and up.
The now removed B Section was replaced with the Abandoned A Section.
Game Changes[]
A-100[]
After A-100, entities such as A-100 and A-120 will start making an appearance, as well as already existing entities getting slightly more aggressive. After A-190 A-90 will start to spawn.
A-200[]
After room A-200, A-120 will be replaced by A-200 and A-200’. In addition, certain entities start become faster and more aggressive and A-250 starts to spawn.
Also, one locker per room will be broken as long as there are two or more.
If a wardrobe is chosen as the broken locker, a broken wardrobe will not appear, but a broken locker instead.
A-300[]
After A-300, entities becomes faster. A-60' has the option to spawn 3 times in a row.
A-400[]
After A-400, entities become more dangerous and faster, and A-100 now reaches its maximum spawn chance.
A-500[]
After A-500, A-50 will now attack during any entity encounter, even during encounters with A-120 and A-200/A-200'. Also, A-120 can now attack as well as A-200 and A-200’. In addition, A-60’ speed can now start to increase.
A-600[]
Things do not change significantly, except for entities becoming faster, and the optional A-666 encounter if you feel like getting the marked badge.
A-666[]
If A-666 is active, no other entities can spawn except Red Skull, Shell, and The Void until A-701. If A-666 is not active, the entity spawns will go back to normal.
A-700[]
After A-700, nothing really changes except for an increase in entity speed.
A-800[]
After A-800, nothing really changes except for an increase in entity speed and frequency.
A-900[]
After A-900, the speed of entities increases significantly. Almost every door will contain at least ONE entity spawn. All entities have their maximum spawn chance (at least 4 A-60’ attacks are almost guaranteed to occur at least once). This is the final hurdle between you and the end.
A-1000[]
After A-1000, no other entities can spawn, making it the only true safe room.
Appearance[]
The Abandoned A Section has the same exact rooms as the A Section, only the rooms look like they're in slight disrepair.
