Health[]
Health is the most important resource of the game. As a rule all games follow, if your health reaches 0, you die. Health exists as a way to balance out the difficulty of the game, by making things rather just hurt you, either slowly or rapidly so that the entities dont instantly kill you like most Rooms fangames. (Please note that A-200, and A-10, instantly kills you in this game, meaning you sadly cant save yourself if you get jumpscared by it.) Health is normally invisible to the player and the only way it can be seen is through a red tint to the edges of your screen. The more large the tint becomes, the less health you have. Health will be reduced by entity attacks and doing actions that require stamina while being affected by over exhaustion, but will very slowly regenerate overtime. If you are both low on stamina and health, the tint will become purple-ish, due to the mixing of colors taking place. And if you want to know how fast your health regenerates, lets say you're at 40 health from a Paralysis attack as example, it would take you 5 minutes to regen back to 100 HP, or in short, You regenerate 1 hp every 5 seconds. With the Wrath charm equipped, You can regenerate 4.4 health every second (divided by 1.5 because of its counter effect.), which is almost 5-15 times more than the normal health regeneration.

Stamina[]
Stamina is a resource that allows the player to perform different actions assuming they have enough energy to do so. Many actions cost stamina in term for the utility they offer but stamina is normally invisible to the player the only way it can be seen is through a blue tint to the player's edges of the screen, the more intense the tint is, the less stamina they have, having less then 20 stamina causes your camera controls to be slowed down by a lot while also lagging behind the player's inputs. Reaching 0 stamina blurs your vision and gives the player a message saying "You are Exhausted.". The player will slowly regenerate their stamina, twice the speed if they are standing still.

Sprinting is the most often consumer of stamina, which boosts your movement speed. Consumes at an average speed of 10 stamina per second. Door Bashing is when someone opens a door while they are sprinting, skipping the opening animation and allowing the player to move right away, this consumes 20 stamina, falling from a great height also consumes 20 stamina and slightly stuns them. Vaulting across a barrier will take away 40 stamina and briefly stun the player upon landing, and killing Pnevma by slamming the locker door in front of it takes 80 stamina. Your stamina regenerates 4.4 every second, so stamina regens around 8.8 if your standing still, the Sloth charm makes it so that if You're hiding then it makes it 22 per second, It would take about 4 seconds inside a locker to fully refill your stamina with the Sloth charm equipped.
Players must be aware of Over Exhaustion, a mechanic implemented on flat stamina consumers. If a player does not have enough stamina to perform an action but they do it, it uses your health.
