The Guest sits in an empty stone room with a tv and VHS tapes behind one of the floating doors in the void with their plates being marked as "000000000". He can be seen sitting on the floor in the middle of the room, watching the tv, in the default Roblox sitting pose. The Guest uses the original default Guest outfit that was used from Sept. 26th, 2008 to Oct. 2nd, 2017.
Description[]
The Guest reappears in the starting lobby when the player walks towards the "Ω" (Omega) symbol painted on the wall. The symbol will begin to glow as portal in the wall will open with The Guest on the other side. He will greet the player and wave before reaching through the portal to hand you the NVCS-3000. If the player chooses to take the Scanner The Guest will bid you farewell before the portal quickly closes, leaving a burn mark on the wall. If the starting door is opened or if the player walks too close to the Gummy Flashlight Machine, the portal will immediately close with The Guest saying nothing.
The Scanner can be replaced by the Gummy Flashlight with no way to get it back. If the scanner is replaced, a message will appear stating that The Scanner has died; likely unintentional.

Trivia[]
On every death screen, the camera will zoom out from The Guest's tv to show a notebook full of tips and a drawing of whatever entity you died to.
The door you enter in the ending cutscene can be seen to The Guest's left when he appears through the portal.
It is also implied that The Guest is watching the player(s) throughout their entire run on his tv.
The portal opening on the wall leaves a strangely shaped burn mark once it has closed.
The phrases "It's still dangerous out there" and "Take this!" can possibly be a reference to the iconic quote from the original Legend of Zelda. (1986)
The "Ω" symbol on the wall is called "Omega" which is the 24th and final letter in the Greek Alphabet. It being used with The Guest's portal (and the fact that any run completed at A-1000 is considered an "Omega Run") is referencing Omega being the end of the Greek Alphabet.
Runs starting at room A-001 are called Alpha Runs, which is the first letter of the Greek Alphabet.
