UGC's are official wearable items that can be found here. All of the UGC's are made by Ping and Pyritor (high poly retopology modeller and the uploader).
Each UGC item (besides the Shell shirt and pants) provide a different perk related to the Vanity charm.
Shell mask[]
Shell Mask is a head UGC version of shell's head. There are 2 key differences from the actual shell head, the mouth is closed and the texture is different. It can be found here. There is also a shirt and pants related to Shell as well, to complete the whole costume. However, this is the old shirt and pants for Shell, instead of the new ones, unlike the mask. They can be found here and here.
There are new charms, known as the Vanity charms. This charm cannot be equipped, but the UGC items have different perks related to it. For the Shell Mask, if you wear it in-game, you will be able to manually slam your locker. What this means, is that you can slam the locker straight open without having to have Pnevma near you, anytime you want at a slightly lowered stamina cost, being about 50 per locker slam but still cost 80 stamina when slamming the locker door on Pnevma. This can also fling and damage other people. The knockback is only about 1 or 2 steps, and the damage is 10.
Battery[]
The Battery UGC is a face accessory of the battery model from Rooms & Doors sticking out of the player's mouth. It can be found here. One thing to note about this UGC is that it has several runes on it, which you will need to decode in order to find out what they say. As of now, nobody has decoded it and/or put it on the wiki.
The Vanity charm perk for this UGC, is the fact that you get one starting battery every single run.
Shell Tail[]
The Shell's Tail UGC is meant to be, as the name states, Shell's tail. This UGC is meant to be an extension of the current Shell avatar, making it more realistic. It can be found here.
Gives the same Vanity Charm as the Shell's Mask, being that you can slam lockers manually anytime.
Pnve-Mask[]
Pnev-mask is a mask resembling Pnevma. It's appearance is similar to the upper half of the classic Roblox skull model. Pnev-mask can be found here.
Pressing your interaction keys (Left Mouse button or E) will produce a clack sound, while running will play voice sound as well as clack, when close to another player will play chomp sound, the same as Pnevma's.
